Art for me has always been a form of meditation and I lose myself in the strokes of the brushes as they work their way through the myriad of warm and cold hues of colors to sometimes create images far more than what I had originally imagined then to be.
That makes me happy. To be able to create something different and new every single time, often, with nature being my biggest inspiration. There are times I like to replicate work from photos or images just to see a different outcome. I am not always successful and that is okay, I am a learner and always will be.
I am fortunate to see art in the ordinary, everything around me exudes art and I wish I could spend more time to explore myself and see what I can create out of the ordinary. It is a process, and I am sure, a lot of my fellow artists will agree to.
I am grateful to the local community that is welcoming small and upcoming artists like me to join the mainstream in sharing the creativity.
