Presently, we only ship to destinations within Canada. For other destinations, please contact us.

Shipping is FREE within Canada for artwork over CAD 150.00. For customers living in the Lower mainland region and surrounding areas, we can hand deliver the paintings.

Your order will be delivered by  Canada Post or UPS or a reliable courier service. You can expect it to arrive within 6-10 business days from date of purchase.  If you want expedited shipping please let us know by email immediately after you make the purchase and we will try our best to accommodate.

Yes, you will receive an email notification containing the subject line: “Your order has been shipped.” This email will contain a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. Simply click on the link, then enter the tracking number, to access your tracking information.

Yes, for paintings exceeding $300.00 in value, viewings can be arranged for potential customers living in the lower mainland and surrounding cities. COVID-19 protocols must be followed.

​If you are not fully satisfied with you purchase within 10 days following delivery, simply notify us, and return the artwork. Once we receive the product, we can issue you a refund . Our 10-Day money-back guarantee applies only to products returned in their original condition and packaging. Please contact us with any questions

Yes, the website is secure with SSL certificates. We do not store any credit card information. This is managed by the processing companies which work the same as any other eCommerce website.

Please take pictures of the packaging and the damaged artwork, and email the photos to info@artbysheyz.com

Upon receiving email with proof of damage, we will email you a pre-printed Return Label

The artwork has to be repackaged in its original packaging

Affix the Return Label to the outside of the package.

Ship the package using a reputable shipping company and let us know the tracking number

ArtbySheyz will not be responsible for lost or undelivered returns

Once we have received the damaged product, we will issue the refund

For customers from Lower mainland and surrounding areas, we can pick up the damaged product after receiving email with proof of damage
