Practical answers about ordering a bespoke piece, shipping, framing and caring for your painting.
You send us a few reference photographs and a short note about the mood or colours you have in mind. We discuss the composition, size and medium, then send a digital sketch for approval before the first brushstroke. Most commissions take three to four weeks from the agreed start date.
Yes, in most cases. We work from whatever reference you have, and we can combine details from several photos to build a clearer picture of your pet. If the images are very dark or blurry, we will let you know before starting so we can agree on the best approach.
Selected works are available as limited edition giclée prints on archival cotton paper, each signed and numbered. The current collection is listed on the portfolio page, and we can notify you when a new print edition is released.
Original works are wrapped in acid-free tissue, protected with rigid board and shipped in a reinforced cardboard box. Prints are rolled in a sturdy tube or flat-packed with a rigid insert, depending on size. Every parcel includes a care card and, for originals, a certificate of authenticity.
Yes. Originals are finished with archival varnish and fitted with a hanging wire on the reverse. Stretched canvases are ready to hang straight out of the box. If you would like a frame, we can recommend a local framer or arrange a handmade wooden frame as an optional extra.
Because each original is one of a kind, we ask you to confirm the digital sketch before painting begins. If the finished piece does not match the approved design, we will work with you to adjust it or offer a full refund. Prints can be returned within 14 days in their original packaging.
