Sheyz Art Studio creates original paintings, custom pet portraits and bespoke commissions from reference photographs supplied by the client. Each piece is hand-painted, finished with archival varnish and delivered ready to hang. Limited edition giclée prints are produced on archival cotton paper, signed and numbered by the artist.

Bespoke commissions begin with a written brief and reference images. The studio confirms the composition, dimensions and medium before work starts. A preliminary sketch is shared for approval, and the client may request one round of adjustments to the composition before the final painting begins.

You agree to provide accurate reference photographs and a clear description of the desired outcome. Copyright of the original artwork remains with the artist. The client receives a personal-use licence for the finished piece and may not reproduce it commercially without written consent.

Original paintings are shipped in protective packaging with a certificate of authenticity. Framing guidance and care instructions are included with every order. Prints are dispatched flat or rolled depending on size, with clear handling notes to preserve the archival quality.

The studio is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of purchased artwork, including but not limited to display damage, colour variation across screens, or third-party framing errors. Claims for damaged shipments must be raised within seven days of delivery with photographic evidence.

Either party may cancel a commission before the final painting stage begins, with any deposit refunded in full. Once the final painting is underway, cancellations are not accepted. These terms may be updated with notice posted on this page; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
